Watch IPTV with a M3U Url and without a file

Hello there. I try to watch TV with MediaPortal 1. My Provider has given me a URL like this:
http://clientportal.link/get.php?username=XXX&password=XXX&type=m3u_plus&output=hls

I have try to figure it out but after 2 Hours i giving up.

It works with KODI but the PVR Simple Client don't support record and timeshift.

Can someone help me? Sorry for my bad english^^
